Job summary

Sandvik in Sweden is seeking a disciplined and analytical professional to own escalated PO exceptions for internal orders and to act as the single owner for internal supplier issues.

You will monitor supplier performance KPIs, run performance dialogues, and maintain supplier and item master data in the ERP system. This hybrid role is based in Fagersta with up to two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Several years in purchasing, supply chain, planning or order management.
• Knowledge of how supplier performance affects service, working capital and cost.
• Experience maintaining master data in ERP; M3 is a plus.
• English proficiency; Swedish beneficial for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated PO exceptions for internal orders, including delivery, quality and invoice deviations.
• Act as the single point of ownership and escalation for internal supplier issues.
• Prepare, run and follow up supplier performance dialogues.
• Monitor KPIs and lead root-cause problem solving with stakeholders.
• Set up new internal suppliers and maintain master data in the ERP system.
• Onboard internal suppliers to standard processes and support continuous improvement.
