Based in Sandviken, the role offers a hybrid office/remote model and requires English and Swedish fluency. You will drive automation, enhance financial systems, and coach colleagues in accounting standards across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting, financial controlling, and reporting.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and organizational change.
• Experience with financial systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve finance processes, controls, and standard ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance organization.
• Perform advanced accounting activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in financial system testing, including designing and executing test cases for process development.
• Analyze improvement opportunities, follow up on outcomes, and identify corrective and preventive actions.
• Coach and train finance colleagues and stakeholders in accounting standards, best practices, and finance processes.
