Job summary

Creditstar Sweden AB is expanding its Swedish finance function with a Financial Controller who enjoys building, improving and owning finance processes in a fast-moving environment. This hands-on role covers accounting, reporting, systems and process development, and you will work closely with the CFO to establish a scalable finance function.

The role includes ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual closes, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting and tax; you will support

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in regulated environments and external audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Tax calculations and liaising with external advisors.
• Support system implementations, process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Develop accounting policies, controls and documentation.
