Job summary

Sway Sourcing Sweden Aktiebolag in Stockholm seeks an experienced Finance Controller / Senior Accountant for a full-time consulting assignment with a leading green steel company. You will perform daily accounting, month-end closings, and intercompany transactions.

The role includes VAT reporting, CAPEX handling, fixed assets, and ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud). English proficiency required; start 6 October 2026, end 30 June 2027. 100% location: Stockholm.

Qualifications

10+ years in accounting or financial controlling roles.
Strong knowledge of Swedish GAAP/K3.
Hands-on with reconciliations, intercompany accounting, VAT, CAPEX and fixed assets.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for daily accounting activities and month‑end closing.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions.
Prepare and handle VAT reporting.
Manage CAPEX, fixed assets and related accounting classifications.
Participate in ERP implementation activities; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is desirable.
Establish, improve and document financial processes and internal controls.
Assist with audits and statutory reporting.
Work closely with stakeholders across different functions.
