Responsibilities
- Finance: Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and supplier payments.
- Finance: Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, payment follow-up, and collections.
- Finance: Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Finance: Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Finance: Process and reconcile bank transactions.
- Finance: Prepare accruals and prepayments.
- Finance: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Finance: Prepare financial reports, analyses, and statistical data.
- Finance: Perform VAT, tax, and other statutory reporting tasks.
- Inventory and Logistics: Record inbound and outbound inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Inventory and Logistics: Manage inventory transactions, including stock replenishment, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation of inventory variances.
- Inventory and Logistics: Ensure inventory balances are accurate and up to date.
- Inventory and Logistics: Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory valuations.
- Inventory and Logistics: Review purchase orders and shipping documentation.
- Inventory and Logistics: Coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers regarding deliveries.
- Inventory and Logistics: Follow up on delivery discrepancies and customer or supplier claims.
- Inventory and Logistics: Administer freight bookings and shipping documentation.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with ERP and financial systems.
- Experience with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory administration or logistics is considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
