Job summary

Oxford Instruments is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our Plasma Technology division in Sweden. In this field-based role, you will ensure the optimal performance of our advanced systems at customer sites, tackling challenges across Sweden and the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate has a qualification in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, proven field service experience, and is fluent in Swedish and English. We offer flexible working hours, 30 days of paid annual leave, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience in a technical role.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries is desirable.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade advanced plasma processing systems and software.
• Support customers directly on-site, ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
