Frigoscandia is offering an 18-month trainee program based in Sweden, allowing you to gain deep insights into logistics while working closely with experienced leaders and operational teams.

The program focuses on sustainability and post-merger integration efforts, enabling participants to contribute significantly to ongoing projects.

This is a paid position, where successful candidates may transition into leadership roles post-program.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or about to complete a Master's degree.
• Strong ambition to grow and work close to the business.

About the Program

Over 18 months, you will gain unique insight into our operations while working closely with both operational teams and business leaders:

• Introduction to Dachser/Frigoscandia and our Nordic organization
  - learning our values, processes, and ways of working.
• 6 months focused on Sustainability
  - actively contributing to the development of efficient and long‑term sustainable solutions across our supply chain.
• 6 months within Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) and development projects
  - supporting ongoing integration initiatives and business improvement projects.
• 6 months in a tailored placement
  - based on your profile, working close to the operations within one of our business areas.

Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced leaders and operational teams, gradually taking on greater responsibility for projects, deliverables, and real business challenges.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are someone who:
