You will help ensure that business needs are translated into sustainable solutions aligned with Guidewire Cloud principles and If's long-term direction.You will work with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, development teams and business stakeholders to define, refine and prioritize epics and features that create business value.By combining business understanding with platform knowledge and solution thinking, you will help us use the platform in a scalable and efficient way.You will translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria, and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.An important part of the role is to challenge requirements that create unnecessary complexity and guide stakeholders toward solutions based on standard capabilities and SaaS best practices. You will help If adapt processes and ways of working to a modern cloud platform, rather than over-customizing the platform to preserve existing ways of working.You will not join a ready-made setup. You will help define how If uses Guidewire Cloud across our Nordic business, influence future solutions and ways of working, and contribute to long-term capability building. The role also gives you the opportunity to deepen your Guidewire expertise while collaborating with experienced colleagues across business and technology.This role combines business understanding, analysis and solution delivery in an agile environment.
