CardsAffinity is currently modernising its core insurance platform through the implementation of Guidewire Cloud Insurance Suite. To support this transformation, we are looking for two Software Developers to join our Nordic IT Core Systems team.
As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business‑critical solutions. We are therefore looking for developers who enjoy contributing not only to technical solutions, but also to continuous improvement of how we work as a team.
The role is based in our centrally located Stockholm office. We value collaboration and typically work from the office most days of the week, as we believe physical presence strengthens teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing, while also working closely with colleagues across Sweden and Denmark.
We offer you a position in a strong and international team of highly skilled and dedicated IT experts and we hope to find an equally engaged addition to the team with one of the highest job satisfaction.
We are looking for a curious and collaborative developer who enjoys solving complex problems and turning business needs into robust technical solutions.
You thrive in a team environment, take ownership of your work, and are motivated by learning new technologies and continuously improving both solutions and ways of working.
