Qualifications

• Executive Head Chef or similar role with multi-site experience.
• Proven background in high-volume restaurant kitchens.
• Experience leading multiple kitchens or venues.
• Strong knowledge of food cost, labour planning and stock control.
• Ability to coach Head Chefs and develop teams.
• Calm, visible, hands-on leadership style.
• Collaborative mindset with culinary and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Head Chefs and kitchen teams across both restaurants.
• Drive consistency in food quality, presentation, service execution and kitchen standards.
• Develop strong kitchen leaders through coaching, feedback and practical support.
• Manage food costs, labour, stock control and waste to improve profitability.
• Ensure both kitchens are prepared, organised and staffed for busy services.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
