Qualifications

• Executive Head Chef or similar role with multi-site experience.
• Proven background in high-volume restaurant kitchens.
• Experience leading multiple kitchens or venues.
• Strong knowledge of food cost, labour planning and stock control.
• Ability to coach Head Chefs and develop teams.
• Calm, visible, hands-on leadership style.
• Collaborative mindset with culinary and operational leaders.

The Role

The Executive Head Chef will take overall responsibility for the culinary performance of both restaurants, working closely with the Head Chefs and senior operational leaders.

Your impact will be seen in the consistency of every service, the development of the kitchen teams and the ability of both restaurants to perform at their best.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting the Head Chefs and kitchen teams across both restaurants.

• Driving consistency in food quality, presentation, service execution and kitchen standards.

• Developing strong kitchen leaders through regular coaching, feedback and practical support.

• Managing food costs, labour, stock control and waste to improve profitability.

• Ensuring both kitchens are prepared, organised and properly staffed for busy services.

• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.

• Working closely with restaurant management and Group leadership on performance, recruitment and operational improvement.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Strong experience as an Executive Head Chef, Executive Chef, Multi-Site Head Chef or similar.

• A proven background in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant kitchens.

• Experience leading more than one kitchen, venue or senior culinary team.

• Strong knowledge of food cost, labour planning, stock management and kitchen profitability.

• The ability to coach Head Chefs, develop teams and maintain accountability.

• A calm, visible and hands-on leadership style.

• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work closely with both culinary and operational leaders.
