Job summary

Worley is seeking a Regional Head of Construction for Continental Europe to drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and operational excellence across multiple projects. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll lead the Major Projects and regional construction functions, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget are met while building strong client relationships and a high‑performing execution team across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive end-to-end delivery of major construction projects.
• Experience implementing strategic programs and policies.
• Collaborated with regional management to influence business results.

Responsibilities

• Represent Worley at regional customer level and engage stakeholders in delivering change and project delivery.
• Translate global goals into actionable deliverables across regional networks.
• Lead Major Projects & regional construction functions to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Shape direction of the business beyond local boundaries and drive strategic initiatives.
• Operate with broad management authority and ensure alignment with client standards.
• Direct and evaluate staff, including training, discipline, and remuneration decisions.
• Provide the SME conduit for construction systems, tools and processes across the region.
