Job summary

Worley is seeking an HSE Manager to provide strategic and operational HSE leadership across major projects and construction activities. You will support project teams in implementing Worley's HSE framework, client requirements and regulatory obligations while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in HSE or related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Swedish and English for customer communication.
• Several years' HSE experience on major projects, EPC, construction or heavy industry.
• Experience as Project HSE Manager or Senior HSE Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading development and implementation of project HSE plans, procedures and assurance programs.
• Acting as the primary HSE advisor to project and construction management teams.
• Driving HSE planning throughout project execution and start-up activities.
• Leading risk assessments and ensuring effective management of critical project risks.
• Monitoring compliance with legislation, client requirements and Worley standards.
• Promoting visible HSE leadership and Zero Harm culture.
• Leading investigations, lessons learned and HSE performance reporting.
• Supporting contractor management and developing HSE capability across project teams.
