Job summary

DNV is seeking a Senior Regional People Manager for Europe to shape employee experience and business performance across 10 countries with over 600 colleagues. You will lead a small team of People Partners, drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development, and partner with regional and global leaders to deliver high-quality HR services aligned with global processes.

You will report to the People Director, collaborate with Regional Manager Europe, and influence regional strategy,

Qualifications

Senior regional HR leadership experience in large, multi-country environments.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into people strategies and initiatives.
Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness in HR processes.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change.
Excellent stakeholder relationships and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted strategic People partner to Regional Manager and Area Leaders.
Lead regional People initiatives aligned with the People agenda and Business Assurance strategy.
Oversee workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate with Global Shared Services to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
Drive leadership culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
