Job summary

Oatly is seeking a Head of Logistics Operations Europe to lead internal logistics across Europe from Malmö. You will be the operational voice of Logistics, building a high-performing team and ensuring efficient warehousing and transport across markets.

You will drive governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement while partnering with Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to meet service and sustainability targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in logistics operations, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in complex operational environments.
• Strong experience managing logistics operations across multiple European markets.
• Ability to move between operational detail and strategic thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience driving performance, governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced situations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field; Master’s advantageous.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Oatly's European Logistics Operations team, fostering growth and performance.
• Own day-to-day logistics across Europe, including warehousing, transportation, and performance.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues across markets and functions.
• Represent Logistics in cross-functional forums and collaborate with Planning, Customer Ops, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Markets.
• Drive performance management with KPIs, reviews, budget accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen processes and ways of working to support growth.
• Partner with supplier management, exports and logistics development for seamless ops.
• Ensure logistics meet service, OTIF, quality, food safety, cost and sustainability requirements.
