Responsibilities

• Manage global immigration processes for assignees and new hires, including work permits, visas, right-to-work compliance, and permit renewals.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of international and domestic relocations and assignments, including housing and schooling support.
• Coordinate tax, social security, and payroll compliance for mobile employees and cross-border processes.
• Translate complex cross-border tax and social security topics into practical business guidance for leaders.
