Job summary

Oatly is seeking a Head of Logistics Operations Europe to lead our internal logistics across Europe from Malmö. The role will be a newly created leadership position reporting to the Director Global Logistics, responsible for warehousing, transportation, and operational excellence across multiple markets.

• 10+ years in logistics operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Europe Logistics Operations team, creating growth and high performance.
• Own day-to-day logistics execution across Europe: warehousing, transportation, performance, escalations.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational issues; drive quick decisions and resolutions.
• Represent Logistics in cross-functional forums with Planning, Customer Operations, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Commercial, Markets.
• Drive performance management via KPIs, reviews, budget accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen processes, ways of working, and capabilities to support growth.
• Partner with supplier management, exports, and logistics development for seamless ops.
• Ensure operations meet service, OTIF, quality, food safety, cost, sustainability.
