Job summary

Dustin invites ambitious graduates to join its Executive Management Trainee program in Stockholm, with rotations across Strategy, Tech, Marketing, Operations, Sales and HR. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and learn how decisions are made within a European IT partner.

The program runs 12 months and includes a probationary path to permanent employment. From day one you will receive hands-on experience, mentoring, and opportunities to contribute ideas and drive impact

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, engineering, technology, marketing, HR or similar.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous leadership experiences or extracurricular activities are meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy, tech, marketing, operations, sales and HR initiatives.
• Learn and grow alongside Dustin's Executive Leadership Team and colleagues across Europe.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives, and take ownership to develop as a future leader.
• Build a broad internal network and actively support cross‑functional collaboration.
