Job summary

ATC is a global logistics, white-glove, and technical services specialist for data centers. We handle IT transport, relocations, and full data center commissioning worldwide.

This role collects and delivers products, maintains documentation, and ensures high customer service levels across domestic and international routes. Candidates should have an up-to-date CPC or Code 95, a clean driving licence (category C), and at least 5 years’ truck driving experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills to operate handheld tech and systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• To collect and deliver products in line with agreed schedules.
• To report to Operations Manager throughout the day.
• To complete all digital and manual documentation in line with company and client procedures.
• To ensure all documentation is kept up to date and shared as appropriate.
• To ensure customer service levels are maintained at all times.
• To act professionally with clients and colleagues at all times.
• To follow route and time schedules and notify changes promptly.
• To load, unload, prepare and inspect delivery vehicle and report issues.
• To handle multiple customer and supplier needs on domestic and international runs.
• To ensure documentation for warehouse/haulage/distribution/shipping is accurate.
• To perform general administration daily.
• To comply with tachograph requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
