GEODIS in Sweden, Göteborg, is seeking a freight forwarder responsible for own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing, focused on road transports. You will work closely with account managers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires post-secondary education in logistics and 5–10 years of road freight forwarding experience. Proficiency in Swedish and English, familiarity with CW1 and Office365, and a commercial mindset are highly valued.
Operational activities - Freight Administration
As a freight forwarder, you are responsible for your own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing, with a focus on road transports. You have regular contact and close cooperation with account managers, suppliers, and customers.
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to further develop within the field of freight forwarding and contribute to delivering first‑class service and innovative solutions to our customers.
Ideally, you have a post‑secondary education in logistics and at least 3–5 years of experience in road freight forwarding. Experience working with various customer segments, particularly in pricing, is considered an advantage. As both Swedish and English are used daily in this role, you must be fluent in speaking and writing both languages. Proficiency in the CW1 production system and Office365 is highly desirable.
