Job summary

DNV Group in Scandinavia seeks a commercially driven Regional Director to steer DNV Cyber’s operations across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and to hold accountability for regional growth, profitability and performance. You will lead a six-member regional leadership team and contribute to the strategic direction of the business from Høvik or Solna.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DNV Cyber’s strategy within the region, translating it into clear commercial and operational priorities.
• Deliver sustainable and profitable growth, with clear accountability for sales, revenue, EBIT, operational performance and other relevant key performance indicators.
• Lead, inspire and develop the regional leadership team, while setting clear expectations and creating alignment around shared goals, priorities and accountability.
• Strengthen DNV Cyber’s market position and brand visibility by engaging senior customer leaders, external stakeholders and industry bodies, driving business development and expanding our presence across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Drive collaboration across countries, service areas and the wider DNV organization to bring our combined industry and cybersecurity expertise to market.
• Drive operational excellence by reviewing performance, risks, processes and ways of working, and by implementing improvements that strengthen quality, scalability and results.
• Ensure appropriate governance, risk management, compliance, safety, health and environmental awareness across the region.
