DP World is seeking a Manager, Regional Operations Account Management to translate commercial commitments into reliable service delivery. You will coordinate across branches and modes across Europe, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence and KPI adherence.

The role bridges commercial, operational, and shared service teams, driving continuous improvement and governance in a multinational matrix environment. Strong data, governance, and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Operations, including 3–5 years customer-facing.
• Experience managing large multinational customers across multiple modes (Air, Ocean, Road).
• Ability to lead service delivery, governance, and escalation in an international matrix.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end freight operations and KPI frameworks.
• Experience with Shared Service Centres or offshore teams and integrating outputs.
• Experience with automation, digitalisation, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of assigned strategic freight customers across Europe, ensuring consistent service delivery across all modes.
• Oversee adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs across branches and shared service teams.
• Anticipate service risks and implement corrective actions to protect customer satisfaction and continuity.
• Lead structured business reviews with KAMs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance data to identify root causes and trends.
• Drive KPI accountability within branch and GSC teams.
• Maintain customer dashboards and escalation logs with BI teams.
• Facilitate internal governance forums to address issues and share lessons.
