Job summary

DP World is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to grow its retail logistics footprint in the Nordics, starting with Denmark and Sweden and expanding across the region. You will manage a portfolio of existing and new customers, focusing on freight forwarding activity and building DP World’s presence with retail clients.

You will report to the Senior Director for European retail and work with marketing and bid teams to win sustainable business while developing long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of managing retail accounts in a logistics setting or for a retail client in logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and developing new business.
• Experience across the Nordics.
• Existing portfolio of retail accounts is a plus.
• Strong pipeline planning and forward-looking commercial focus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the regional retail vertical in the Nordics (initially Denmark and Sweden) and expand across the Nordics over time.
• Develop new business while account managing existing customers and drive freight forwarding activities.
• Grow DP World brand recognition within the client portfolio and collaborate with bid teams to win sustainable business.
• Track pipeline and maintain a balanced mix of business development and account management; support cross-selling across the business.
