Job summary

Trustly is transforming its Risk and Compliance function and seeks a Risk Manager to own the second-line risk for its EU and UK regulated entities. The role leads risk oversight, stakeholder engagement, and Board reporting with support from the enterprise risk management framework.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in risk management within payments, with exposure to EU/UK regulators. A dynamic, collaborative attitude and flexibility across time zones are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a second-line risk manager.
• Experience in regulated financial/payment institutions is preferred.
• Experience engaging with EU/UK financial supervisory authorities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as head of risk for Trustly's EU and UK regulated entities.
• Report regularly to senior management and the Board on risk profile and tensions.
• Own a single view of the second-line risk environment across the EU/UK entities.
• Implement the enterprise risk management framework in the EU/UK entities.
