Zusammenfassung

Trustly is seeking a senior leader in financial crime compliance to translate policy into practical procedures and controls across the EU, UK and US. You will drive AML/CTF, sanctions and fraud governance, support regulatory examinations, and report to the SAE and Head of Global Operations & FinCrime Prevention.

You may build and lead a regional team and embed controls in new products and markets. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing payments group that values proactive risk management

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years in financial crime compliance leadership.
• Deep knowledge of EU/UK/US regimes and FATF.
• Experience turning policy into operational controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience with model testing and validation for monitoring/fraud models.
• Experience supporting senior management and Boards with regulatory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Translate policy into procedures across the EU, UK and US.
• Track regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly.
• Support enterprise risk assessments and embed results into controls.
• Oversee end-to-end model governance for AML, sanctions, and fraud.
• Coordinate with AML, Fraud and Onboarding to implement practical controls.
