Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Senior Risk Officer to strengthen internal controls and ICT risk management within the Merchant Services division. You will collaborate with local management and the global risk network to drive effective risk practices across the operating environment.

The role emphasizes risk workshops, governance, and regulatory compliance, with hybrid work options in Sweden for a global payments leader.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in 2nd line risk management or control function.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
• Familiarity with DORA and third-party risk management.
• Experience in regulated institutions or industries.

Responsibilities

• Advocate a sound risk culture with Sweden-based stakeholders and ensure cross-department collaboration.
• Develop tools and procedures for operational risk management, focusing on ICT risk and third-party risk.
• Provide risk expertise to design effective control environments with local leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional risk assessments and challenge new product changes.
• Analyze controls, identify improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance locally and globally.
