Job summary

KEYTO Group in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Business Application Specialist to own and operate our ERP environment, with IFS Cloud as the central platform. You will ensure stability, supportability and readiness for business needs.

You will handle incidents, troubleshoot integrations and data flows, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and drive enhancements through to release. This role combines hands-on support with strategic application management.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within ERP support, application management or a similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Understanding of data, integrations and processes.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 support for IFS Cloud and related business applications
• Investigate complex incidents across application configuration, integrations, data, access and business processes
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners and vendors to drive issues to resolution
• Manage selected application administration, configuration and access-related activities
• Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, scheduled jobs and data flows between systems
• Support testing, upgrades, patches and releases
• Create and maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Train and support internal Service Desk teams on recurring ERP issues
• Identify root causes, trends and improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to Product Owners and technical stakeholders
