Job summary

Ericsson is seeking newly graduated or early-career software engineers to join the Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) area in Lund. You will work on real-time software for the Physical Layer, with exposure to L2 interactions, and gradually take ownership of defined tasks within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
Experience or projects in embedded or real-time software with C/C++ is preferred.
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and lead through collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and verify real-time software using C, C++, and Python.
Participate in design, implementation, testing, integration, and verification activities.
Contribute to ISAC and future 6G-related functionality in live networks.
Apply automation and AI-assisted tools to improve quality and knowledge sharing.
Take ownership of tasks, communicate progress, and contribute to design decisions.
Share knowledge and influence solutions through teamwork.
