Job summary

Ericsson Lund seeks newly graduated or early-career software engineers to help develop the baseband software for Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), a path toward 6G. You will join Baseband Software in Lund with a focus on L2 Scheduler, shaping how radio resources are used in a live network.

You will work across the full development flow, learn from deep experts in baseband software, RAN, and real-time embedded development, and contribute with fresh perspectives and modern practices,

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C and/or C++ with Python/Java as a plus.
• Interest in software development for real products through studies or projects.
• Curiosity about end-to-end system behavior, including verification in a node or network.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git and AI-assisted development tools such as Kiro or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Develop ISAC baseband software for 6G-related capabilities.
• Participate in prestudies, design, implementation, test and verification across the full development flow.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team and learn from experienced colleagues.
