Job summary

Ericsson in Lund is looking for baseband developers at the start of their careers. You will design, develop, and maintain baseband software using C/C++ and Python within a real-time embedded environment.

You'll work in an agile team on full software lifecycle, including feature development, testing, delivery, and maintenance, while exploring AI-assisted tooling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in embedded software and real-time systems.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in modern engineering practices, including AI-powered development tools and Agentic AI workflows.
