Job summary

Two is searching for a commercially driven Senior Account Executive based in Stockholm to lead the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market merchants across Sweden and the Nordic region.

You will own pipeline generation, qualification, and closing, while coordinating with product, risk, marketing, and finance to win and retain merchants. A hunter mindset and strong storytelling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (payments/fintech/SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Fluent Swedish and English; Stockholm-based or willing to work from Stockholm hub.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market merchants in Sweden and Nordic regions.
• Generate and manage pipeline, qualify inbound and outbound demand.
• Develop the commercial narrative and build credible business cases for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product, risk, marketing, and finance to win and retain merchants.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and contribute to product and GTM improvements.
