Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Production Scheduling team, delivering production scheduling technology as a dedicated application.

Based in Finland or Sweden, you will guide a software development team of five engineers, stay hands-on enough to understand architecture, and help define what excellence looks like for the team, while fostering collaboration across an international, remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a software development team.
• Background in software architecture and making sound technical trade-offs.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to bring out the best in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a software development team of engineers (5) on production scheduling.
• Be hands-on enough to understand the architecture and direction, without daily coding.
• Help define what 'great' looks like for the team in collaboration with the team.
