Job summary

Camfil, a global leader in premium clean air solutions, seeks a Supply Chain Manager EMEA to take strategic responsibility for regional supply chain performance across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will lead through collaboration with Managing Directors, operations leaders and regional teams to drive transformation and deliver tangible results across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, major projects, inventory and logistics optimization, and continuous improvement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related field.
Extensive experience in supply chain leadership, operations excellence or major transformation projects within manufacturing.
Proven track record of delivering supply chain improvements, including cost optimization, inventory reduction, warehouse and logistics efficiency and process standardization.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and operational performance metrics.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and digital supply chain solutions; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate strategy into action.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international and multicultural environments.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the EMEA supply chain strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the EMEA organization.
Identify opportunities to optimize the regional supply chain footprint, processes and performance.
Lead major supply chain initiatives, including warehouse network optimization, location strategy, capacity planning, and consolidation opportunities.
Drive improvements in inventory management, warehouse operations, planning processes, and transportation efficiency.
Implement and support best-practice supply chain processes, including initiatives such as VMI, EDI and automated planning solutions.
Support and drive the implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across the region.
Support EMEA sites in achieving supply chain excellence through warehouse management improvements, inventory optimization, planning and ordering process improvements, freight and logistics optimization, and cost reduction projects.
