Job summary

Camfil is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Air Pollution Control (APC) for EMEA. You will drive strategic direction and lifecycle management of the APC portfolio, collaborating with regional sales, engineering, marketing and global APC teams to meet evolving customer and market needs.

You will lead the APC Product Management team (1–2 reports) and enable sales with technical training and tools, while shaping regional change initiatives and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in industrial dust control, air pollution control or industrial filtration.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and ventilation principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience analysing commercial performance and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APC product roadmap across EMEA.
• Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to support innovation and product development.
• Conduct business reviews and profitability analyses to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop the APC Product Management team, with 1–2 direct reports.
• Coach and support team members to achieve objectives across regions.
