Job summary

Camfil Svenska AB is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function in Sweden, shaping strategy and delivering execution across digital marketing, branding, campaigns, and customer insights. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive demand, support commercial success, and strengthen our industry leadership.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, oversee CRM/ERP integration, and tailor global marketing efforts to the Swedish market,

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience leading marketing teams across functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and sales objectives.
Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through targeted campaigns.
Lead digital marketing initiatives (website, SEO/SEM, social, automation, and e-commerce).
Ensure CRM and marketing tech enable high-quality data and lead management.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team across Sales, Product, Customer Support and Operations.
Adapt global marketing, employer branding and sustainability initatives to the Swedish market.
Represent Camfil in industry organizations and as a media contact when required.
