Legora AB is seeking a Director of GTM SMB for EMEA, based at our Stockholm HQ. You will build, lead, and scale Legora’s high-velocity SMB go-to-market motion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, owning strategy, hiring, coaching, and revenue outcomes.

You will implement repeatable playbooks, drive pipelines and forecast accuracy, and work closely with Marketing, Engagement, Product, and RevOps to ensure scalable growth and predictable results.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS go‑to‑market experience, including high‑velocity SMB or scaled sales motions.
• Proven leadership in building, coaching and retaining sales/GTM teams.
• Ability to own revenue targets, pipeline and forecast accuracy in a fast‑growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the SMB GTM outcome across EMEA; set segment strategy and forecast targets.
• Build and lead a high‑performing SMB team and establish cadence for pipeline reviews and coaching.
• Design and refine repeatable inbound/outbound playbooks; drive qualification, demos and close.
