Job summary

The successful candidate will manage payroll processes, perform audits, and ensure compliance with Swedish regulations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely several days a week as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Swedish payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish payroll regulations and terminology.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, complete audits, and perform reconciliations.
• Analyze payroll outputs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee records and prepare payroll reports.
• Work with HR and Finance systems for accurate payroll records.
• Resolve issues related to salaries, benefits, and pensions.
