Job summary

Bannerflow is a fast-growing global SaaS company redefining advertising through a Creative Intelligence Platform. We seek a Strategy & Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and help structure how our Executive Leadership Team operates.

You will drive commercial, financial and strategic analysis—from pricing and board reporting to business-case development and budget narrative. This role merges analytical rigor with cross-functional execution in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of post-grad experience in analytical environments such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or VC/PE.
• High level proficiency at Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience applying AI tools in day-to-day work and seeking AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the cadence around ELT meetings: agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain an ELT knowledge base within our AI workspace, an ELT mastermind for decisions and plans.
• Prepare board deck materials.
• Partner with Commercial on pricing/packaging and SaaS KPI/board reporting cadence.
• Build business cases, ROI analyses, and evidence for board decisions.
