Job summary

Bannerflow is a fast-growing global SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that enables brands to predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels. We’re strengthening our Customer Experience team and seek a Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys solving complex problems and helping customers succeed.

You’ll handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to knowledge content while collaborating with product and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a technical SaaS product with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable in a browser console; basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge helps.
• Fluent English communication, written and on calls.
• Proactive follow-up; tickets not left idle.
• Curious about AI tools to improve support quality and efficiency.
• Thrives in fast-moving environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Handle support across chat, email, and video, owning tickets end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues with logs and impact.
• Triaging issues between user and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain knowledge base to enable self-service and AI improvements.
• Relay customer patterns to product and leadership as the voice of the customer.
