Job summary

Techster Solutions AB is seeking an Electronics hardware lead to own ECU hardware development from concept through production in a fast-paced automotive setting. You will coordinate hardware topics with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring robust designs for engines, inverters, and related units.

You will work closely with software owners and safety specialists to deliver integrated, reliable control hardware while maintaining strict quality and timing.

Qualifications

• Experience taking automotive ECUs from development through industrialization and production.
• Strong knowledge of EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and circuit-board pin functionality.
• Good understanding of hardware–software interaction and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware design, technical requirements, and lifecycle management of ECUs.
• Lead hardware development and industrialization from concept to production.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and development processes.
• Identify and resolve hardware challenges related to EMC, loads, interfaces and pins.
• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to secure interfaces and ECU topology.
• Serve as the technical lead and main contact for suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
