Job summary

Incluso in Gothenburg is seeking an Electronics Hardware Responsible to join our Electronics & Software group. You will own the hardware design and lifecycle of ECUs, from concept through production, collaborating with software teams and suppliers to deliver robust, automotive-grade solutions for next-generation powertrain control systems.

This on-site role requires a Master’s degree in electrical engineering, several years of automotive hardware experience, and fluency in English and Swedish.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in electronics hardware development.
• Experience taking automotive ECUs from development through production.
• Strong knowledge of ECU communication, EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and circuit-board pin functionality.
• Good understanding of hardware–software interaction, system integration, and ECU network topology.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware design, technical requirements, and lifecycle management of ECUs.
• Lead hardware development and industrialization from concept to validated series production.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, technical requirements, and development processes.
• Identify and resolve hardware challenges related to EMC, electrical loads, interfaces, and PCB pin functionality.
• Collaborate with software engineers and system architects to secure interfaces and topology.
• Serve as the technical lead and main contact for suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
