Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking a Concept Leader to drive the development and validation of ECU software concepts and high/low‑voltage electronics. You will lead cross‑functional teams, define requirements, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and timelines in industrial applications.

We value a strong background in ECU software, HV/LV electronics, and product development processes, paired with leadership and English fluency. Swedish language is a plus as we expand globally.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field of study.
• Proven expertise in ECU Software development and HV/LV electronics for industrial applications.
• Strong understanding of Product Development and Concept Development Processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and validation of technological concepts for ECU Software and HV/LV electronics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and time objectives.
• Drive innovation and technology advancements in High Voltage and Low Voltage electronics with sustainability focus.
• Act as technical focal point for ECU SW solutions meeting future performance and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, R&D, and external stakeholders for seamless production integration.
• Contribute to and execute Tech rytera’s technology strategies and templates.
