Capture Energy AB in Göteborg, Sweden, seeks a Tender Technical Engineer. The role owns the technical design of every tender, develops conceptual designs (SLD, layouts) and sizes equipment to meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Product, Execution and Operations and act as the technical voice of the Tender team throughout the process. Based in Göteborg with a hybrid work setting, you will lead technical clarifications, assist feasibility studies, and ensure the offered solution

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSc or BSc).
• Solid work experience in power systems or industrial sector.
• Hands-on experience producing SLDs, layouts and technical design documents.
• Experience with grid connections in Nordic countries (TSOs/DSOs).
• Familiarity with Nordic grid codes and RfG (EU 2016/631).
• EMS and power plant control knowledge.
• Control theory as applied to inverter-based resources.
• Knowledge of IEC/EN standards.
• Understanding of Nordic ancillary services (FCR-N, FCR-D, FFR, aFRR, mFRR).

Responsabilidades

• Produce conceptual design packages for tenders (SLD, site layout, sizing).
• Size system components (BESS, PCS, transformers, cables) to customer requirements.
• Define grid connection, protection and control concepts for pricing and offers.
• Support customer feasibility studies and RFIs with technical input.
• Advise on system configuration and trade-offs early in the process.
• Be the technical point of contact for tenders, handling clarifications and deviations.
