- Interest in AI and how new technologies can improve team delivery.
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support some development teams.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing engineering culture.
- Support team members in their growth and development.
- Ensure effective ways of working, agile processes and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and deliveries.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and team development activities.
- Help teams remove obstacles and improve delivery capabilities.
- Follow up on team goals, performance, engagement and work environment.
- Encourage experimentation and learning around new technologies, including AI-driven tools and workflows.
