Job description

At Grebban, we help ambitious brands grow through e-commerce, combining strategy, design and technology to create lasting business and customer value.

We're now looking for an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to join our Gothenburg team. Someone who combines strong project leadership with commercial thinking, a consultative mindset and a genuine interest in our clients' businesses.

The role

As an E-commerce Project Manager at Grebban, you'll be at the centre of our client engagements, connecting business needs with strategy, design and technology.

You'll lead multidisciplinary project teams of designers, developers and specialists, creating the direction, structure and momentum needed to turn ambitious ideas into successful e-commerce experiences. At the same time, you'll build trusted client relationships, understand their business and proactively identify where Grebban can create the most value.

For some clients, you may lead a larger transformation or replatforming project. For others, you'll drive an ongoing roadmap where your role is equally about great delivery, developing the client relationship and identifying what we should do next.

What you'll do
  • Lead complex e-commerce projects and multidisciplinary teams from planning and prioritisation through delivery and growth

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on e-commerce, technology and business priorities

  • Understand your clients' businesses, customers and commercial objectives, and translate them into clear roadmaps, scopes and priorities

  • Create the structure and conditions for designers, developers and other specialists to do their best work

  • Take commercial responsibility for your accounts, including budgets, forecasts and identifying opportunities for further collaboration

  • Lead client conversations, workshops and presentations, bringing recommendations and a clear point of view

  • Deliver on scope, budgets and timelines while safeguarding quality and delivery excellence

Who you are

You're an experienced project leader who is equally comfortable discussing delivery with developers, collaborating with designers and talking business with senior client stakeholders.

You're a confident and collaborative leader who knows how to create clarity, bring different perspectives together and move both teams and clients forward. You're curious about the business behind the brief and have a strong commercial mindset. You enjoy spotting opportunities, shaping new initiatives and turning client needs into business opportunities - both for the client and for Grebban.

We believe you have:

  • Several years of experience leading digital projects and client relationships, preferably within an agency or consultancy

  • Strong experience within e-commerce and a good understanding of technology, integrations and modern digital commerce

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, development and strategy

  • A strong consultative approach and the confidence to advise, challenge and guide clients

  • A commercial track record, with experience in account management, sales, scoping and growing existing client relationships

  • The ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals and turn ideas into new projects and engagements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of working

  • Professional fluency in English and Swedish

Why Grebban?

Grebban is an e-commerce agency built around deep expertise in strategy, design and technology. We work with ambitious brands that want more from their digital commerce, whether that means building something new, solving complex challenges or continuously developing an existing business.

You'll join a team of specialists who care deeply about their craft and the impact our work creates. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to become an important partner to our clients while staying close to the teams and projects that turn ideas into reality.
