Job summary

Matas Group seeks a senior commercial leader to head Makeup & Fragrance across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will set direction, lead an organization of more than 15 people, and partner with senior stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities.

As part of the Commercial Leadership Team, you will drive strategy, optimize category performance, and implement efficient processes. Location options include Allerød or Stockholm, with a full-time role and a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large P&Ls with ambitious growth targets.
• Deep expertise in category management, sourcing, or commercial optimization.
• Strong experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Nordic Makeup & Fragrance commercial agenda across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
• Lead an organization of >15 employees, with five direct reports, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate strategic supplier partnerships and manage key brand relationships.
• Improve processes, governance and annual commercial cycle for consistency and effectiveness.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows to streamline operations and strengthen decision-making across categories and sourcing.
