We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical solutions that help organisations improve their processes and achieve digital transformation goals. You will combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and application consultants, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring delivered solutions create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Build custom components, extensions, and applications using the Dataverse platform
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices for architecture, security, and code quality
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and internal or external systems
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technology decisions
• Lead and participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and DevOps processes
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance during application lifecycle management
• Support customers and internal teams by identifying opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and process improvement
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements where appropriate

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse development and customisation
• Experience designing and implementing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture patterns, and secure coding practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken

Desirable Experience

• Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom connectors
• Azure integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Service Bus
