R2 Global is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join a Stockholm-based partner. You will lead BC implementations, run workshops, and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions across finance, purchasing, sales, and supply chain.

You will work directly with customers and stakeholders, collaborating with developers on integrations and upgrades while delivering training and guidance throughout projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a functional/consulting role.
• Experience translating requirements into ERP solutions.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BC implementations and optimisations for a range of customers.

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of an established Microsoft Dynamics partner in Stockholm that is continuing to grow its Business Central practice.

The business works closely with customers across a range of industries, delivering Business Central implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects. They are now looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant who can take ownership of customer requirements and help deliver practical, scalable solutions.

This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with key users, finance teams, project managers, developers, and other consultants throughout the full project lifecycle.

This is not simply a support-focused position. The business is looking for someone who can understand customer processes, challenge requirements where needed, and play an active role in improving how clients use Business Central.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimisation projects
• Running workshops and gathering requirements directly from customers and key stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into effective Business Central solutions
• Configuring Business Central around customer processes
• Supporting customers across areas such as finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and supply chain
• Working closely with developers on customisations, integrations, and technical requirements
• Supporting upgrades and migrations from Dynamics NAV and older Business Central environments
• Providing guidance and training to end users throughout implementation projects
• Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted Business Central advisor
• Contributing to continuous improvements across customer solutions and internal delivery processes

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a functional or consulting capacity
• Experience as a Business Central Consultant, Functional Consultant, Application Consultant, or closely related role
• Strong understanding of business processes within areas such as finance, supply chain, purchasing, sales, or warehousing
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into workable ERP solutions
• Confident working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and customer requirements
• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem is beneficial
• Swedish language skills are highly advantageous
• Based in or able to commute regularly to Stockholm
