Job summary

Done.green is seeking a Dutch-speaking coordinator to connect customers and installers in the Netherlands and coordinate their installations. You will call and email Dutch customers and installers, guide them through the process, and handle contingencies.

Based in Sweden with remote work, you will join the Stockholm team and support installations, maintain progress in Done's platform, and learn about energy products and installations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with strong knowledge of the Dutch market
• Excellent written and spoken English for internal communication
• Enjoys talking to people and follows through on promises
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations
• Curious about technology and energy installations

Responsibilities

• Call and email customers in the Netherlands to answer questions, collect missing information and keep them updated on their installation.
• Contact installers in the Netherlands to check availability, coordinate bookings and ensure they have the details needed for each job.
• Keep customers and installers aligned when dates change or practical issues arise, involving the wider Operations team when needed.
• Follow up on ongoing installations and record progress and next steps in Done's platform.
• Use learnings from conversations to improve Dutch customer communication and ways of working
