• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance through governance and execution management.
• Translate strategic priorities into tactical and operational plans with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own and drive the Operational plan process.
• Ensure strategic priorities, business initiatives, and transformation programs are delivered according to objectives and timelines.
• Develop and lead market and business intelligence to set priorities and sequencing of initiatives.
• Lead operational reviews and monitor key performance indicators.
• Drive accountability and corrective actions where needed.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and performance management processes.
• Coordinate operational reviews and leadership forums.
• Improve transparency, consistency, and accountability through structured reporting.
• Ensure follow-up and execution of key decisions and actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve productivity, utilization, and profitability.
• Ensure business decisions are supported by relevant operational insights and data.
